Why don't you just go to the best pub in Jimbaran and see who you meet up with, much easier than the internet.

Perhaps you could go to The Bounty or Paddy's on Jalan Legian and you will surely meet up with lots of people. Seems that lots of Aussie surfers hang out there in the evening.
