Is medical testing from GAMCA mandatory for new UAE VISA? If yes, which blood tests, GAMCA is doing in Worker's home country for NEW UAE VISA??

I am wondering why HCV? It is not tested for residence permit in UAE.
Will UAE issue Entry Visa if GAMCA declares a worker UNFIT only due to HCV?
