Hi All,
I'm married and my wife has 2 sons from another marriage. I'm claiming for a migration visa with my wife and her sons (9- 11 years old). What documents do I need for her kids to have the visa with us?

Best you contact the immigration department or perhaps check this website for information www.immi.gov.au
Have you formally adopted the children or not. If you have then it will not be too big a problem paperwork wise.
If not there may be additional documentation needed to prove that you are responsible for the 2 children.

My wife has already attested documentations from Egyptian court proof that she is responsible on her kids + an attested document from their father that he allow her kids to travel and migrate to Australia along with us.
