Hi! I have not found a place here with crossfit yet, I have my doubts that it exists, so if we want to do it we would haveto start it, so far I am just riding my bike, and working out outside and at home. Do you have any experience in crossfit? I would basically be at a beginner level.

I have no experience in cross fit, but have tried P90X and loved it. My friend is interested in cross fit. PM or post if u plan to start it as a mini group.
