Hi,
You can try in Riyadh and jeddah but i will advise you for Madina because Madina is not so crowded and over all living is normal, life is not expensive like Jed, Ryd. On the top if you need I can help to find a job in Madina.

thanks- keith - sander am already in madinah am abt to complete LLB-shariah around jan-feb2015 so i am looking for different field and place coz i dont see this place that concusive for work more into private letter.i will be glad if you can give me full into about jeddah or riyadh scholarship
