University graduate and job searching in Erbil

Would it be difficult for me to work in the legal sector in Erbil? A university graduate from the United Kingdom.
Within the next two years, I plan on moving there. I have visited on a number of occasions however, my decision to move is very recent.
Also what would be the average cost of living in Erbil and roughly when should I apply for a visa if I am moving within the next 2 years?
