NZW: EOI submit with IQA pending

Can I submit my EOI with my dependents IQA pending with NZQA. I have completed my IQA and now have submitted my partners IQA. Expected days to get IQA results are 35. There is no way you can speed up the process. The authorities need time for due process and to assess all the information provided. You cannot bypass the system. The system is put in place to allow due process to take place and give the correct outcome to the applicant.
