Role: Service Desk Analyst
Project: Support clients in the retail and energy solutions industry
Responsibilities:
Receive and respond to user inquiries and requests via telephone, email and case tracking system
Work with local management, colleagues and clients to ensure requests are resolved to the satisfaction of customers
Ensure fast and accurate turnaround of work while maintaining quality standards
Remain updated on products, policy, procedure and other important operational issues
Submit necessary service delivery reports
Requirements:
Proficient in written and verbal communication in Swedish and/or Norwegian language
Graduate or undergraduate of bachelor's degree or vocational/short course certificate in any field
Previous back-end process administration experience
Flexible with the ability to think conceptually
Willing to work in shifts
