Do not bother about the hottest economy because it will burn you completely and your ashes will go with the wind.
Better be concerned with the 'coldest' economy where you can go with no money, a little suitcase and with just one pair of shoes and where you can make yourself useful by heating it up ...

I see you specialize only on 3rd world countries ... 

The hottest economy is probably Chad - all of the economically active area is above 30°C each day of the year, and often 40-50°C!
The coldest might be Greenland, where only slivers of the economy thaw to allow intelligent life for a few weeks in summer. (Siberia, part of Russia, might be even colder, but due to the ruling cleptocracy has no perceptible economy left.)
