Hi... I'll be going on a quick tour of Istanbul in the middle of April. I've never been to the cooler regions before, so ... could anyone please give some tips on what clothing to pack?

It will not be cold so you will not need warm clothing. It would be best to pack a lightweight rain coat, as there are periods of possible rain during April.
