Dear Besamic,

True Bukit Bintang is not a child-friendly place.  You can move further away like 5 stations away.

Please read on my write ups regarding living in Kuala Lumpur:

Plan a Stay in Kuala Lumpur? Please take a peek at our Bistari COndominium.

We are situated at 1/64D Off Jalan Putra KL City Centre. Accessibility is the main attraction of Bistari. We are encircled with STAR LRT and MONORAIL line.  KTM Commuter line and stop is within a nice walking distance under the beautiful cozy aisles of Sunway Putra Mall to and fro the condominium.

With all these transportation facilities you can easily get into the jovial urban nights of Bukit BIntang and the affluence of multi development area of Kuala Lumpur City Center and further to the suburban of Kuala Lumpur.

Bistari Condominium has been a safe and comfort homes of expat around the globe.  With its reasonable rent rates being in the heart of the city.  You can get the range of RM2,300 above for a smaller units and RM2,800 for bigger units.

The place is favorable for families and working individuals alike.  Being nearby schools and universities, clinics and hospitals.  Wet markets are just around the area to highlight the Chow Kit Market known for its vibrant colors and a landmark towards Bistari Condominium on a ride via taxi cabs. It could be overwhelming to go around the area yet the experience is so enriching from cultural liveliness of different merchants and goods it has to offer.

Schools and Universities to name a few M Sains Seri Puteri, SMK Maxwell, Horizon School and Indonesian School, Open University and International University of Malaya-Wales of Jalan Sultan Ismail and Hospitals and general clinics and dentist are around the area. General Hospital can be reached within 5minutes drive, this is a Malaysian government-owned public hospital and is a not-for-profit institution and serves as the flagship hospital of the Malaysian public healthcare system. Expats and locals avail the medical services offered from its multidisciplinary specialists and consultants. Private hospitals are just around the corner as well  like Sentosa Medical Center, Damai Serviced Hospital, Roopi Maternity Medical Centre and KPJ Tawakal.

Cost of Living is a lot cheaper and as an expat in Kuala Lumpur this is your best point to travel across Asia Pacific countries.  You can plan a stay in a condominiums, apartments, houses, villas and room-renting and price comes along with the furnishing, facilities and location.  Most expats prefer to be in condominiums for safety reasons and comfort. You will find a lot of foreigners around these area having it a home to working expats and family, students and travellers.

Things to consider, expect and understand for a plan to stay on a rental term especially for expats is to get a good property agent to assist the stay.  Understanding the full term of the contract like your length of stay, how will the utility payments, are these things already set or you need to apply for it under your name such as electricity, water, gas and internet, your move-in payment requirement like security deposits, first-month's rent, agreement stamping and other applicable charges, renovation/repair needed during the stay, house rules/terms and condition in the contract agreement, termination the tenancy and move out procedure/repair costs and cleaning cost in turning over the unit to the landlord and the period of getting back your refund.

Accommodation can be arranged with owners, whether personally or through a real estate agency. Real Estate agents will be extremely useful for a plan of stay, most owners let agents handle their properties.  You can get useful links and websites.  Thus, to keep you well-informed and get the best possible home stay and vacation.

welcome to malaysia soon!
