Yes they sell them everywhere. However, the little green ones use to explode because they were cheaply made but I believe that problem has more or less been solved.

Yes its easy to find them, though the little green ones (3 kg if I'm not wrong) is prohibited to be used in apartment buildings nowadays. You can also find electric stoves here (portable ones) , for another option.
