I'd recommend looking for something in Alberta (Calgary or Edmonton) since it is about the only province in Canada experiencing good economic growth right now and there are plenty of jobs available.
For the visa visit the official government website for Citizenship and Immigration Canada, fill out the online information and see if you qualify for a visa.
