Can you all share experiences with finding a room?
I know there is craigslist and a section on expat for housing... but I find it extremely poorly organized.

Any other resources that worked for you, that you are willing to share? Will be moving to Genoa in exactly one month... and I am not getting anywhere finding a nice room.

Hey Jerrill !
I have some friends who rent places downtown:
1)A B&B very conveniently located the owner is Anna and her e.mail is [email protected]
2)A fully furnished room , the owner is Elisabetta : e-mail [email protected]

You may give them my name as introduction.
Then you can go to the site of our expat organization, its name is INTERNATIONS., , register (free) and check some housing ads, you will be able to join our meetings as well and start socializing.You will notice that I am one of the two Ambassadors for Genoa.
