No. He clearly mentioned the maximum threshold was 970,000. And this contest was closed.

I am sorry to announce that nobody won this contest.

The maximum number of members set as threshold was 970,000 and it was hit Wednesday, Feb. 26, 2014, my time, but not the one millionth member.
