Job market in Netherlands????

First: do you want to go to the Netherlands or to Paris?
Second: getting a job without the Dutch language is almost impossible, unless you're a high-skilled immigrant. These immigrants have a degree and/or many years of work experience.
You don't say anything else about your background, therefore I can only give you the generical advice to apply for a job in international companies. Many of them have their headquarter in the Nertherlands.
Tell me something more about you (studies and/or work experience), so I can give you a more specific advice.
By the way, your first language is English and you could have a better start compared to someone who speaks a "little" language, like me.

How do I apply for international companies like you suggest?

I'm sorry but, as a EU citizen, I don't know anything about visas, because I can live in any EU country without any visa. I suggest you to contact the Australian embassy or consulate, they will give you all the information you need.

If I can give you an advice, in your cover letter make clear that you really want to move to the Netherlands and work just for them. Job givers prefer people who live already here, so a strong motivation to move here could raise your chances.

You could also try to work as an au pair for a family. They usually offer accommodation, meals and pocket money, in exchange of housekeeping and/or children/elderlies/pets care. And you could also help their children to improve English.

Be careful, because scammers write you pretending to be a family. They offer you too good salaries, send you fake pictures and contracts, and if you send back the fake contract they ask you to pay for the visa. They write inconsistent things in a bad English.

I am a nurse by profession; i worked for more than 2 years as occupational health nurse but currently working as human resource officer for more than 3 years.

In Holland there are plenty of vacancies for managers, engineers, doctors and many other. Here doctors and nurses lack, you could be really useful!

Health care is private, so hospitals work like any other company. You could make a list of hospitals located in the town you prefer and send them your CV.
