Best you ask around other expats and maybe look at starting something from home.
Perhaps contact expat clubs and ask if you can advertise on their notice boards.

hmm thx stumpy abt the idea of advertising on notice boards ..i can use the schools notice board n clubs aswell ..else i meant to ask the expats at first place about the whole idea n feedback
