I got an offer in an indian company in Arusha. The position offered is GROUP FINANCIAL CONTROLLER. Is it worthwhile to takeup. I need to decide soon by tomorrow. Can anyone reply about details about employer treatment and work freedom etc.

Congrats. However I think an employee of the company would be better suited to help you get an answer. Because as every other company it varies a lot. However Arusha is a beautiful place, so as for the area I think itŽs worth going.
