Hi,
I have a Russian friend applying for a Canadian tourist ("temporary resident") visa in either Kuala Lumpur or Singapore.

If you've had experience applying in either of these places, could you tell me what your experience was like? What difficulties did you encounter? How long did it take? Were there any special forms or requirements?

concerning Malaysia i don't think u need visa to enter the country !!! at leats not from outside!! u only need to pay 25 usd when u get there!!! the work is different!! u need work permit from the Malaysian authorities . about Singapore i think it is a bit difficult !!! i wish u all the best
