Hello!
My boyfriend and I would like to get married. Should we get married in India then apply for him to come the US or get married in the US through the K-1 Visa. Please help! Any advice would be really appreciated!

The paperwork supporting a K-1 visa can be tough. You need to show an ongoing relationship for a considerable time and prove that it is a "real" marriage. An Indian marriage certificate can help but is not a guarantee. Traditional arranged marriages are going to be harder to get a visa for.
Good luck and be careful. You should have him visit for an extended period on a tourist visa and see if he can take the US before you marry him and get stuck for good. What happens when he decides to move back home with mom?
