my employer is offer me 1200 BD, at the same time i want to take my family together with me, is there any formalities to apply family visa because i don't have any degree, i am getting this job by experience,

Your employer will do all the visa work for you and your family (including your wife and the kids only). Just tell your employer that you have a family and you want to bring them with you

You don't need a degree to get your family down. This maybe the case in some countries, but in Bahrain eligibility for family visas is based on your monthly earnings. It used to be BHD250 per month. Not sure how much it is now - perhaps still the same.
As stated above, your potential employer will have to do the needful.
