Best you do a Google search and get contact information for the schools in Vientiane. There are a few to choose from.
VIS is the American international school.
Kiettisak international school.
And others.
There is also the Lao University.

Why don't you approach Kiettisack. I believe they are looking for a Maths teacher for the next school year.
