Teaching job for a non native speaker!

Greetings!

I am working in Chiang Rai and have plans to move to Chiang Mai in a months time.

I have 2 years of experience in teaching (all in thailand, I am a dual masters in Finance and Linguistics. I carry a 5 year of banking experience with an American based bank.)

I have been doing an intense search on internet regarding job opportunities and a little disheartned to realize that native speakers is one of the strict requirement.

What are the opportunities for non native speakers? Is there any other sector which can be explored for job hunt?
I am amazed by the social and media coverage in the city. Any chances to get into working with a magzine or social websites in the city. ( I have no experience in mass communication)
