Tips for Tunisians to increase your chance to be recruited

I am  from Tunisia , I have been working on recruitment for the last 2 years and I ve recognized that we really have  very interesting and decent profiles in all categories.
That's awful to feel that those qualified people are jobless awaiting for their chance to be recruited.
Whenever I succeeded in recruiting few profiles i feel extremely glad that I have contributed to do a plus to the country.
I advise all people who have not found a chance to be hired, please work more on developing your image. We have a problem of English language in Tunisia as we are not practicing. Improve your English and you will increase your chance with multinational companies. Do not stick yourself only to local companies. I wanted to share this tip with all people here ( especially from Tunisia) to know that what matters in an interview is the first impression. your language & communication skill , your appearance , your body language, your professionalism and your qualifications.
