Je m'appelle Félix, de nationalité rwandaise vis et travaille comme expatrié au Tchad. En janvier 2015 je quitterai le Tchad pour le Sénégal (Dakar). J'aimerai rencontrer des gens qui maitrisent déjà la ville de Dakar pour mieux la découvrir.
Je serai à Dakar dans la première semaine du mois de janvier 2015.
Ca serait un grand plaisir de vous rencontrer.
