I'm Comorian and i wish i could help, cause i spent most of my life abroad, but it is an indian ocean islands they make things going easy, so i think what's you need would be that's:
1-The baby's date of birth, a birth certificate,,,
2-The baby's first, middle and last names,,,
3-Your parents information, to show from which part you are in comoros,,,
4-The name of the hospital or birthing center,,,
5-Mariage Certificate...
