Job in a nightclub in London

Hello !

I come from France and I'm going to London at the end of february or the beggining of march.

I wondered how can i get a job in a nightclub without any cv ? I guess a cv is useless if there isn't any experience on it about waitress or barmaid or... I thought to go to different nightclubs to ask directly but how can i speak with the manager or someone who can take decisions ? Is there any moment, a day where it's better to ask for a job ?

If someone have an idea or an experience to share with me, it would be great !
