Can anybody suggest a Polish bank with good account solution (low expenses, e-banking services) and with nice English speaking staff?

Hello Albe,

Like you, I will arrive in Krakow by the end of February. I've discovered that there is an ING branch in Poland, and it seems to offer the same services as in Belgium : good e-banking services with facility of registration and free current+deposit accounts, English speaking services on demand.

So, I haven't tried this bank in Poland, but I think it's a good trail to explore

I use ING and have always found them very helpful, I mainly use e-banking and the site has an English option.
