Universities in Yangon that accepts foreign nationals

I would think that the quality of the education system in Myanmar would not be as good as other countries. And perhaps the graduate certificates would not be accepted by employers.
If you intend to use the qualifications for employment in other countries you would find that unless the qualifications are up to a certain standard  they would most likely not be accepted by other countries.
