Hi my name is David i live in the US in East Texas and i am sure some of you might have heard the saying if you dont like the weather in Texas wait a Minute and it will change i became interested in the Central and South American countries because of the possible low cost of living and the warm weather in the winter months i am not a material person so i dont need a lot. What is low Temperature in the winter like there?
