What are the top hiring sectors?

And according to you, what are the most promising job sectors, which will keep creating jobs in Nepal?

In recent times, IT has become the sector which provides most employment to urban population; especially the youth.

Right now it's still pretty much trekking for career opportunities, but many young Nepali are trained in computer science at one of the many private technical institutes that teach computer sciences. These schools are pretty much a joke in my opinion. But there are many talented young people who know their way around a computer.

I agree with the other post that this holds promise, but most of the young people are unemployed or under employed and most families have at least one person who has gone abroad to work who send money home.
