Selling US car in Paraguay

Hello:

I recently moved back to Argentina after leaving ten years in the States. I drove my car from Miami. Legislation in Argentina allows me to import the car, without paying any taxes. However, registration taxes, insurance and gas on a rather big SUV amounts to one month's rent. I'm going back to school so I can't afford it. I heard and read about importing your car to Paraguay to sell it. My car is a Hyundai Santa Fe 2007. I believe I meet the requirements to import a vehicle. Problem is I don't have any person in Paraguay I can ask proper questions and that could potentially help me through the process. I'm writing you to see if, by chance, you know of someone who can help me in the process of importing a US vehicle. I greatly appreciate your help in advance.
