Most doctors here on the island speak English and in tourist areas like Isla Verde I think it will be difficult to find a doctor who does NOT speak English.

I lived in Moca, just outside the Pueblo but not quite in the Campo. I managed to find an English speaking Doctor without much trouble. I don't know if you have been to the doctor there yet but if you haven't, just understand that your office visit will be a little different than what you are used to. A lot of the doctors there are trained in the US. You are especially likely to find one easily in a place like Isla Verde.
