Hi all,
another question I couldn't get a straight answer to - do I need to have the form U1 if don't want to claim any benefits in Malta (i.e. I'll be working from day 1)? Or more like has anyone bothered to obtain it?

Hi,if you do not what to claim your UK benefits in Malta then you do not need the U documents. As you will be working from day 1 you will not be eligible anyway.
