Information Request

Hi,
I ask how to make a Protocolo once arrived on site in Brazil.
Thanks

cheikh24,

Are you applying for a VIPER Permanent Visa? Your question is really too vague to answer and more information is required.

If you are applying for permanency, what are you basing the application on; marriage to a Brazilian citizen, stable relationship that has existed with a Brazilian for more than a year, having a Brazilian child (biological or adopted)???

You can't just come to Brazil on a VITUR Tourist Visa and apply for permanency under other conditions.

If you still think you're going to come here from Senegal and once here say "I want asylum" that's NOT the way it works and you will likely be put on the next plane back to Senegal.

The country is a democratic nation, not undergoing any kind of war or civil unrest. Your request for refugee status in this countly would be viewed as being motivated for purely ECONOMIC reasons and would be turned down.

Since Senegal is not one of the Visa Waiver Program countries you require at the very minimum a VITUR Tourist Visa to enter Brazil, this does not permit you to work and the maximum you can stay in Brazil is 180 days in a "rolling" one year time period.
