Hi there:)
I'm a nurse(theatre nurse),living currently in England (for past 8 years,originally from Czech republic) and would like to move and work in US.Not sure where yet-need to find out how to obtain the correct visa etc. first.
Can anybody help and tell me what does it take to get registration and how long all this process takes(approximately)?Is it better to go through an agency?

You need to pass the international nursing exam, and some hospitals require an advanced language test, then you need to get the visa and pass the RN test in whatever state you intend to practice.
