Asslam walikum,
My wife is here in Saudi Arabia on visit visa & it was extended once. The visa is valid up to 10/02/2014.
I would like to know that how to convert family visit visa into permanent (residence) visa, staying here in Saudi only (without exit). I have my marriage certificate & Educational certificates attested & translated in Arabic.
My company is not going to help me in this matter so I all need is a help from you guys.

Can't be done. A visit/tourist/umrah visa is impossible to be converted to a residence visa.
She has to leave, and then you have to apply for a residence visa for her while she is in your home country. Then she will come fresh on the residence visa as your dependent and receive the iqama.
