Here you got very few options.
Go to markets (Which itself not a easy job)
Spent your time in watching TV and Surfing on the internet, May be by this way you find some good friends so you can spend your time with them and whatsapp is also helping in these days.
I hope and wish that you will find some good friends and it will help you cutting your time easily.
