in case you didn't find yet my best suggestion is to look for shared flats with university students. In universities there are always spaces with ads of students looking for flatmates. (i used myself to look for sharing flats this way during university)

For university places:
From what i know there is one on the left in the way from Astoria to Kalvin ter. University of Law is near Kalvin ter. And also a couple more should be near the covered market.

There is also a university bar near Kalvin Ter where there is a space of ads of students.
