Hi there!
I will move to Bamenda soon for my work and was just wondering if someone could give me some useful advice about the city, e.g. what's a nice neighbourhood to live, how to find an apartment, what are nice restaurants, or other important things I should know 
and it would also be nice to meet some other expats here!

I grew up in that town.
Enjoy the hospitality but be careful.
Yes, Foncha street is a good location.
If you have time, and can find someone you can trust, visit the touristic areas in the regions. Visit the palaces of the Fons. Go to Monchum falls. If you can ho to the next province, which is the Western Region, visit the Fomban Palace.
On your return, find time to travel to the coastal regions...Limbe town and surrounding areas...and stay in any of the seaside hotels.
