I've known the owner of this store for many years, her name is Madeleine Hollander, she's from Switzerland but have lived in Ecuador for a long time. She works with great artisans all over Ecuador and I truly believe she can be a good guide for you and put you in touch with great people. I don't know if she speaks English, but she is fluent in Spanish and German. Anyways, I'll be glad to help you in any way I can
