Hi Nadia ,
I dont know about the other property but for Velassaru, Im living in here already for about 3 days!
It's good choice as it's only 30mins to Male by boat , I wouldnt stand to be longer in a boat 
Im not rolling an employment here but my fiance does. So far I see its beautiful property and the staffs here are nice and friendly. I've seen good facilities given to the staffs but not much female staffs compare to male tho.
