Shipping parcels

I've only experienced receiving parcels from America but on all occasions, the Viet Nam Posts and Telecommunications Group (VNPT), delivered my stuff just fine.  VNPT, among other things, runs the national postal system.

Try sending something of small value, like a souvenir shirt and see how it goes?

Otherwise try UPS (also known as United Parcel Service, an American company).
