Travelling from Philippines to Jamaica

Hi! Can anyone give me advise how to travel from Manila to Kingston? My Jamaican employer is having some difficulty in finding a trip for me because I don't have US and British visa.

Before, I was about to travel to Jamaica with a route Manila-Beijing-Frankfurt-Montego Bay last month. I was already in Beijing when an airline staff checked for my German visa where I will be claiming my baggage and making my connection flight to Montego Bay the following day. I also don't have German visa so I was sent back to Manila.

Now, my Jamaican employer is searching for another route where I can be allowed to transit without possessing a visa.

Can anyone give some advise...
