Hi guys,

I am from Philippines and is on the process of applying for working visa there in Malta. I'll be working as a Web Developer and my company is already processing my work permit.

I just have a question about one of the requirements for visa application and that is about Proof of Accomodation.

What kind of Proof of Accomodation do I need to present? is it in letter format? Where will I get that?

Hope you guys can help me as I am starting to prepare other requirements as well.

signed lease contract i would think and may be receipts for the rent paid.

Signed contract. Explain to your landlord that you need it for at least first 6 months (they usually prefer to hide this type of income) and then you can leave it unofficial. When you receive your ID card, nobody else will ask you about the address.

If you get your rental apartment via agency - they usually provide the contract.
