Immigration has now informed that the 30 Million Class G requirement is actually not yet official so if you are planning to apply for the Class G permit, now is the time!
Officials inform that preference will be given to applications that cover a wide base of service to the Kenyan Market as well as their plan to hire Kenyan citizens as opposed to just expats.
All permits/passes etc are now being processed so get them going! Again, be informed that they are being very selective so make sure you write those letters well.
