Many Russians are finding the Lovina area to be suitable for them.
The ones with money to burn (and there are plenty) tend to like Nusa Dua.

There is cheap accommodation with complete facilities in Bali in quite place you may interest it is call Mutiara Kost. To find it you just type mutiara kost in google searching box.
