I am heading to Hanoi for 6 weeks from 2morrow ,any hints/survival tactics, good/bad stories and advice?

First thing first, the taxi cost from Noi Bai airport to Hanoi city is about 300,000 - 400,000 VND

If you take mini bus, it cost 40.000 ( almost $2) to get into city center
Minibuses park at the corner on the far right of arrival gate.
Depart every 30 minutes

Have a good time in Hanoi
