He is in Pakistan and jobless, I understand if he comes here, he can hunt a job for him.

Unfortunately you can not sponsor anyone unless they are an immediate family member.

you can sponsor your brother but not his wife or kids, but u can supply him with a an invitational letter to help assist his visa application speak to your HR department there are loop holes.
