well in bishkek USD 1000 a month are good enough to enjoy your life.
400 for 1 room appartment, about 300 for the food and rest as per you liking

If your job will cover your accommodation, then it's not impossible to live on. I wrote a blog post in January 2012 documenting a month of expenses. Utilities are cheap, it's possible to get internet cheaper than what I was paying. That month I spent about $350 (excluding rent).
